These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and IQRA Info Services ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of all services offered at iqrainfoservices.com. By accessing or ordering any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of any IQRA Info Services product or service. We may revise these Terms at any time with 30 days' advance notice.
2. Services Description
IQRA Info Services provides web hosting, domain registration, business email hosting, SSL certificates, DDoS protection, web development, SEO, Google Ads management and email marketing services. Specific features and limitations of each service are described on the relevant service pages and pricing page.
3. Account Registration
To use our services you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at support@iqrainfoservices.com of any unauthorised access
- Keeping your contact and billing information up to date
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Hosting, distributing or transmitting malware, viruses, spyware or any malicious code
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating spam mailing lists
- Phishing, identity theft, fraud or any unlawful purpose
- Hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written approval
- Launching DDoS, DoS, or any cyber-attack against any target
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Any activity that violates applicable Indian law
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Payment & Billing
- All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
- Hosting plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal date
- Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain is registered with the registry
- Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing customers
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or host with us. By using our services, you grant IQRA Info Services a limited licence to store, cache and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the ordered service. IQRA Info Services' brand, logo, website design and proprietary software remain our exclusive property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, IQRA Info Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. You may cancel via your cPanel account or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted. We may terminate immediately for AUP violations without refund.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
